I love that it gives you a spot to start, and teaches you the fundamentals of mindfulness to help start working on the ultimate path of happiness. The favorite aspect is how it has the you journal in the early morning, and again at night time so you can truthfully and accurately reflect about your day. How it's setup is simply perfect for me to concentrate on the things that are important in my experience each day, and allowing myself to be honest if I've managed to get each night time.
