Back in the 1960's " speed-reading" became popular, and Woody Allen was an enthusiastic advocate. He reported that he'd read War and Peace in two hours: " Is actually exactly about Russia. " His / her synopsis of War and Peace was at the very least as comprehensive as this is of The Grow Paradox. Buy Doctor Gundry's book. It's worth it. -- This pamphlet also reminds me of the cartoon of the clarinetist reading a Cliff Notes version of The Airline flight of the Bumblebee-- which had only a few notes on the webpage (of sheet music): This version could have had, at best, two notes. The GOOD " Cliff Notes" version of The Grow Paradox would be a good thing to have. This is simply not it. The original book excellent. Buy it and make your own notes! Beannacht Libh., This summary simply tells what is in the publication, not what exactly is in the book! i. e., This summary tells why you will find a book but offers practically nothing about a solution or remedy. I would wish there is actual " how to" in the complete book or, at least, what this creators believes is necessary to improve one's health., Considered this would be the Cliff notes version, but no. Just a synopsis as title says. May waste your money or time., Don't waist your money. I loved Doctor. Gundry's book, which is 367 pages. I was interest in a summary to share. This guide is a complete rip off. Is actually worse than a sixth grade book report. For instance , Chapter 5 - The Seven Deadly Disruptors, is all about a double spaced webpage long, and reads: " Next, the author details seven primary causes that disrupt the quality of life. He spans a broad spectrum of reasons, including the boom in medical science and technical development. " Wouldn't you like to know very well what they are? They are:
1. Anti-biotis
2. NSAIDS (Advil, Motrin, Aleve, etc. )
3. Stomach-Acid blockers
4. Artificial Sweetners
5. Endocrine Disruptors (PCBs, BPA, BHT in bread)
6. Roundup and GMOs
7. Constant Exposure to Blue Light (cell mobile phones, TVs, monitors)

The real book is excellent. Is actually easy reading, yet the science is there with anecdotal success stories interspersed. I have lost 15 lbs in my first month
and a health problem has subsided. Not completely gone yet, but much better., In case you browse the plant paradox this really isn. to necessary, good summary, Not really enough info to determine if I want the publication., Life changing
