It’s been almost 11 months of eating this way and here are the results: I’m off all medication for disposition, sleep and pain and lost 15 lbs. I actually thought it would be super boring and way too much work, but Anna’s recipes are so tasty that we have invited friends and family over for dinner more this year as part of your before. The food is too good not to reveal. Both my husband and 12-year-old daughter (notorious for being a picky eater) love Anna’s recipes, and we are saving money by eating dinners together at home. Therefore , I was wrong. My food life is actually more fun and satisfying. Thank you so much Anna. Immediately, buy this book!, This particular cookbook deserves no less than 5 stars.... I actually wish I could give it more!
I've been cooking for a long time. We have also been a recipe book junkie forever and Now i'm always pinning new recipes to my pintrest board. When I first got this book, I thought the recipes looked pretty basic. I would look at them and thought I actually could figure out the way it would taste by reading the ingredients. Well, after cooking the first recipe, I was blown away. Then I cooked the next and 3rd and next.... all of them completely brilliant! Something magical happens when the chosen ingredients are put together, it creates a meal that is worthy of a 5 star restaurant. They taste completely gourmet!
I actually have desired to hold off writing a review until I had a lot of the meals prepared. Obviously, it hasn't been out long enough to make them all, but I'm confident enough now to know the sleep will all be fantastic.
If you are cutting grains and sugar, finding recipes to keep things interesting can be a challenge, you NEED this guide... buy it!!!

There are a few reviews that grumble about not having dietary information. When you eat NO sugar and ZERO grains, you should not count calorie consumption or carbs. When you cut the crap, the weight will come off without even trying., I have been looking forward to this cookbook for a couple of years. Received the pdf and It's so damn good, I actually pre ordered the hardcover as well. All the recipes are simple, yet absolutely delicious, and no one ever before leaves my table famished. Her recipes make nsng easy to stay to, and cooking very enjoyable. Typically the photographs in the book are incredibly beautiful and well done!, LOVE this cook book it is a easy read easy to understand instructions, I can feel all the passion Ould - Vocino has put in this book, So significantly I possess only made one recipe and it turned out perfect, It has made me look forward to cooking and being creative in the kitchen again, I will not only eat happy I will cook happy too, Ould - knocks it out of the park. Her writing is fun and entertaining and the recipes are precisely what I have been looking for: scrumptious and straight-forward meals which can be put collectively on a busy weeknight. It is changing the way our family relates to food. Highly recommended!, This guide has been a great find - every recipe so far, and am have tried many, is straightforward and delicious. The Cauliflower Children, the Brisket, the Enchilada Casserole, so many more. There is no need to be on a specific diet or way of eating to enjoy it - Ould - Vocino has done a wonderful job of finding simple, scrumptious recipes that are great for family members, or for individuals (the leftovers make good déjeuner or office lunches). I actually have the Kindle version on my phone, in order to always access it when I am in the supermarket, and am have the hard copy in my kitchen. I just wish Anna has already been working on her next book!, This particular cookbook is fantastic. I actually was amazed how great the cauliflower pizza brown crust area was, and the recipe for beef seasoned with truffle salt is my new go to for steak seasoning. Now Now i'm looking forward to trying the zucchini mac and parmesan cheese next. This book is great!, So far, this is my favorite cookbook ever before. I made Chicken Dijon tonight and it was excellent. It has lots of flavor for not that much work. Definitely one for company. I've also tried the Cauliflower French fries Crust (the trick with cheesecloth is brilliant! ), Pan Fried Bone-in Rib Eye (delicious) and Herb Roasted Lamb Chops. This is the 3rd recipe We have tried for the cauliflower pizza crust and Anna's is obviously the best.
I've purchased a spiralizer and will try the zucchini noodles this week. Thanks Anna, for a wonderful cookbook and then for getting me out of a really boring dinner food selection rut.
