The author sent me this book without having charge., I thought this was a great book. I think this is great for healthier recipes. It appears to have some good recipes within it. They all seem to be simple enough for anyone to make them too. I never knew about the SPLASH diet til I read this either. It was interesting to learn more about that at the beginning of this book. This is certainly one great book for beginners.

The 2nd part contains quality recipes and is also separated into 5 chapters: breakfast, vegetarian meals, chicken and seafood, beef and pork, and side dishes and desserts.
