LOGANTON — Ronnie W. Wendell of Canton, Ohio, was reportedly urinating on the roadway adjacent to his tractor trailer in broad daylight, according to state police at Lamar.
Police said he will be charged with disorderly conduct. The incident occurred at 12:30 p.m. Sunday on the Exit 185 Interstate 80 ramp in Greene Township, Clinton County, police said. From the Lockaven, Pennsylvania, Express Police News
