American Truckers At War has a new look!  While our “staff” is hard at work transferring stories from the old site, we hope you enjoy the new features.  We have gone from a Serendipity site to WordPress - making it easier for readers to post comments about the stories of the day.  Remember, folks, this isn’t channel 19 - keep it clean and pithy - your mother might be reading this…….

The high cost of fuel prices on the trucking industry has effected everyone - trucker and average consumer.  The price of everything has risen at a dramatic pace.  As consumers are using more spending money to pay for gas for their cars and their heating bills, there is less left for goods that are transported by truck.  Thus, less freight, fewer miles.  We’ll be here watching and monitoring the news and events of the day as we truck across the nation’s highways.
